 * bmpsize v1.3
   * Uses package `infwarerr'.
   * Image reuse algorithm fixed for dvipdfmx.
   * Some support for Exif's orientation tag.
 
 * stackrel v1.1, zref v2.0, kvoptions v2.6
   * Use of package `etexcmds'.
 
New:
 
 * etexcmds v1.0
   New primitive commands are introduced in eTeX. Sometimes the
   names collide with existing macros. This package solves this
   name clashes by adding a prefix to eTeX's commands. For example,
   eTeX's \unexpanded is provided as \etex at unexpanded.
