On Thu, 4 Oct 2007, Heiko Oberdiek submitted an update to the oberdiek

Location on CTAN: macros/latex/contrib/oberdiek/

New packages:
 * bigintcalc v1.0
   This package provides expandable arithmetic operations
   with big integers that can exceed TeX's number limits.
 * bitset v1.0
   This package defines and implements the data type bit set,
   a vector of bits. The size of the vector may grow dynamically.
   Individual bits can be manipulated.
 * grfext v1.0
   This package provides macros for adding and reordering
   graphics extensions of package `graphics'.
 * bookmark v1.2
    * pdfmark driver respects \nofiles.
 * engord v1.6
    * Short description fixed.
 * epstopdf v1.5
    * New option `update': If the converted file exists, it will be only
      converted if it is out of date.
    * Updating the extension list is delegated to package `grfext'.
      Fine tuning is done by the new options `append', `prepend'.
    * New option `outdir' for changing the output directory.
    * New option `verbose'.
    * \SourceFile and \OutputFile introduced.
    * Configuration file support added.
 * flags v0.4
    * Package is deprecated because of new more powerful
      package `bitset'.
 * intcalc v1.1
    * \intcalcNum added.
    * \intcalcShl and \intcalcShr allow negative numbers.
      The sign is preserved.
    * Reuse \@gobble instead of own macro \IntCalc at Gobble.
    * Small fixes.
    * Shorter internal prefix.
    * Some programmer's interface.
 * kvoptions v2.8
    * Compatibility for plain-TeX added.
    * Typos in documentation fixed.
 * kvsetkeys v1.4
    * Normalizing and parsing of comma separated lists added.
    * \kv at normalize rewritten.
    * Robustness increased for normalizing and parsing,
      e.g. for values with unmatched conditionals.
    * e-TeX is used if available.
    * Tests added for normalizing and parsing.

Thanks for the upload.
