Outage on www.ctan.org fixed

I apologize; there was an outage on the machine that houses
http://www.ctan.org  and ftp://tug.ctan.org and I was unaware so it was
down for some time.  I believe that it is fixed now.

It seems that someone went in my ceiling and did something bad to my
power.  Fortunately, the power strip died to save the box, and the box
appeared to come back up fine.

Power strip, we salute you!
