New packages:
* intcalc v1.0
This package provides expandable arithmetic operations
with integers.
* pdfcol v1.0
Since version 1.40 pdfTeX supports color stacks.
The driver file `pdftex.def for package `color'
defines and uses a main color stack since version v0.04b.
Package `pdfcol' is intended for package writers.
It defines macros for setting and maintaining new color stacks.
* pdfcolparallel v1.0
Since version 1.40 pdfTeX supports several color stacks.
This package uses them to fix color problems in
package `parallel'.
* pdfcolparcolumns v1.0
Since version 1.40 pdfTeX supports several color stacks.
This package uses them to fix color problems in
package `parcolumns'.
* soulutf8 v1.0
This package extends package `soul' and adds some support
for UTF-8. Namely the input encodings `utf8.def' from package
`inputenc' and `utf8x.def' from package `ucs' are supported.
New main version:
* alphalph v2.0
The package provides methods to represent numbers with a limited
set of symbols. Both LaTeX and plain-TeX are supported.
* New implementation that uses package `intcalc'.
This removes the dependency on e-TeX.
* \newalphalph is extended to support new methods `wrap' and 'multi'.
* Documentation rewritten.

* Catcode section updated for some packages.
* embedfile v1.2
* Fixes for plain-TeX, wrapper for package `keyval' added.
* iflang v1.4
* Bug fix: \IfLang at StrEqual -> \IfLangStrEqual
* kvsetkeys v1.2
* Using package `infwarerr' for error messages.
* pdfcolfoot v1.1
* Use of package `pdfcol'.
* Test file added.
* stringenc v1.2
* Uses \EdefSanitize instead of \PE at sanitize from package `pdfescape'.
