This is a bugfix release of the caption package 3.1:
 
- The combination of \centering and labelsep=newline works now
- Problems with hyperref and "breaklinks=true" are resolved
- \newfloat{Example}+\captionsetup{type=Example}works now
- New feature: Warning !\label before \caption ignored" added
