pst-fractal, a PSTricks related package,  draw the Julia and 
Mandelbrot set, a Sierpinski triangle, Koch flake, Apollonious
Circle as well as fractal trees with a variety of different parameters
(including varying numbers of iterations).

This new version of pst-fractal allows unbalanced fractal trees.
