These files help the user to typeset texts in spanish according to
mexican current practices with the babel system. They effectively merge
an old (and short-lived) mexican.ldf with spanish.ldf, or else provide
a configuration file to typeset all spanish documents in a given
system according to the `mexico' option defined by spanish.ldf v5.0
