chemstyle v1.3:
- Support for siunitx improved
- Use of floatrow possible for floats
- TDS-ready ZIP

chemscheme v1.4:
- Support for floatrow, float and memoir float creation
- Defaults to using floatrow for creating floats, if available
- TDS-ready ZIP

With this release, chemstyle and chemscheme are bundled together as 
the chemstyle bundle.  This reflects the act that chemstyle requires 
chemscheme to be present.
