Mkpatter v. 1.2, 2008/06/22.

Mkpattern is a general purpose program for the generation of hyphenation 
patterns, with definition of letter sets and template-like constructions. 
It also provides an easy way to handle different input and output encodings.  
A detailed description is provided in the manual: mkpatter.dps. Next is 
a brief descriptions of the files related to the program, as well as the
license under which it is distributed:

mkpatter.tex: The program mkpattern;     lppl
mkpattern-exmpl.tex: An example file;    public domain
mkpatter.pdf: The manual;                public domain
mkpatdoc.tex: The source for the manual; public domain


Recent changes: improved support for generation of clean UTF-8 patterns 
(no catcodes, no empty lines).
