This is version 2 of the abc package for including music in ABC and ABCPlus 
notation in LaTeX files.

The package now supports writing music excerpts with different names for 
each abc environment automatically.

An important addition is support for Mup (Music Publisher from Arkkra.com) 
via the subpackage mup (many thanks to Martin Tarenskeen for suggesting 
this addition and some improvements on the main package)
