A much delayed update to the showcase document.

New since last CTAN update:

* some of the styles shown in an older version of the document, is 
now a part of the officiel memoir dist., so the document have been 
changed accordingly.

* added the jenor style

If you have any memoir chapterstyle examples you would like to share, 
please send it to daleif+memoir at imf.au.dk.
