gmutils: A collision with natbib fixed and some macros added such as \@nameedef, 
         \ampulexdef, \provide and \pprovide.

gmverb: This update provides minor changes in the documentation and more 
        consistent \dekclubs, \dekclubs* and \olddekclubs.

gmdoc: This update provides further development for inline comments and 
       one-time hiding detection of definitions and fixex $
