This package defines the macro \esindex which calls \index with a sort 
key created automatically so that entries are correctly ordered in 
Spanish with makeindex.

What's new in 1.3:
- Fixed an uncompatibility with recent versions of LaTeX.
- Package option ignorespaces for letter-by-letter sorting.
- \ignorewords to set a list of particles to be ignored.
- Package option replaceindex, which makes \index to behave
  like \esindex.
