What's new
----------
- The language/spanish directory has been reorganized and
will become a permanent place for the latest version of the
spanish style for babel, including the Spanish doc.
- spanish 5.0h has two changes:
  - fixed wrong kerning with ''
  - added two package options: noitemize and noenumerate
