v1.19:

   * changed \acronymfont to use \textsmaller instead of
\smaller
     (for "smaller" package option)

   * Added \glsdisp (similar to \glslink except that it uses
     \glsdisplay/glsdisplayfirst and unsets the first use flag)

   * Added experimental package glossaries-accsupp which 
     requires accsupp package.
