Version 2.2 of TeXcount adds support for handling Unicode
(UTF-8) encoded documents, thus able to handle non-Latin
alphabets such as Greek and Hebrew, and special options for
counting the characters of Chinese and Japanese texts. The
script, including these new features, is available as a
web-service at
   http://folk.uio.no/einarro/Comp/texwordcount.html
where additional support (FAQ) is also provided.
