Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Changes:
* Fixed bug which caused load errors if the `calc` package
was loaded before the `tikz-timing` package.
* Added posibility to give diagram wide settings as first
optional argument in \tikztiming and tikztimingtable.
* Timing diagram is now a PGF shape (node) with many
anchors including start and end points. This help to draw
material relative to timing diagrams. Rows inside a
`tikztimingtable' are automatically named.
* Package now depents on 'amsmath' or 'environ' package.
Previous versions always needed the 'environ' package.
* Syntax change: The \timing macro now awaits an 'at'
before the coordinate like nodes do. The old syntax still
works but causes a warning. Future versions might
enforce the 'at' or react different if it is not used.
* Added user defined meta-characters which can store user
defined character groups.
* Added special 'B' character to introduce negative width.
Main application is for meta-characters and other groups.
* Changed `M` character to use path decorations.
* Some code improvements to speed up compilation and make
the source code cleaner.
