i was busy on other matters last night, and couldn't act on the daemon's
message until this morning:

thanks for the upload; i have installed the files and created an entry
in the catalogue source repository

> Users may view the package catalogue entry at
> http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/jmlr.html
> or they may browse the package directory at
> http://www.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/jmlr

though the catalogue entry won't appear on the web until tonight's
processing run.
