New in v1.3:

- improved basic commands (\reactand, \branch, ...). If you used earler versions 
  of myChemistry, please note that the usage syntax of these commands has 
  changed and older documents might not compile anymore.
- easier setup handling of myChemistry, command \mCsetup added
- command \chemand added to easily put a + in the scheme
- bugfixes
