  hrefhide

package.

New in 1.0f:
- now works with all types of links supported by hyperref's ocgcolorlinks: citations, page references, URLs, local file references, and "other links"-type.
- ocgcolorlinks can be switched on and off (at least the appearance of the links, e.g. the no-break-restriction for the links when using ocgcolorlinks still holds).
