- all scheme-specific commands (\arrow, \reactant, \chemand, \branch, \transition, \mesomeric, \dummy, \anywhere) are only defined inside the scheme environments "rxn" and "rxnscheme"
- bondwidth.tex and it's command \setbondwidth removed
