On Tue, 2 Aug 2011 Vincent Verfaille submtted an update to the

  confproc

package.

Summary description: A set of tools for generating conference proceedings, or 
   any collection of PDFs, with table of contents, author index and general 
   bibliography.

License type: lppl

v0.8 is a minor update:
- tested with TeXLive 2011
- corrected minor errors in the doc
- added other conference proceedings in the Hall of Fame
