On Tue, 23 Aug 2011 H.-Martin Münch submitted an update to the

  regstats

package.

LaTeX 2011/06/27 had changed \enddocument and thus broken the \AtVeryVeryEnd 
command/hooking of Heiko Oberdiek's atveryend package as of 2011/04/23, v1.7. 
This has been fixed in atveryend package version 2011/06/30, v1.8. Now updated 
regstats package to this version of atveryend package (but still compatible with 
older versions and now handling different combinations of TeX format version and 
atveryend package version).
