- Substantial improvements to the cleveref+varioref combination (note that this 
can potentially change the typesetting of existing documents when compiled using 
the new cleveref package, though only in cases where the output was previously 
very unsatisfactory).

- New nameinlink and noabbrev options for easily tweaking some aspects of 
cross-reference formatting without having to redefine every format individually.

- Support for loading customisations from a cleveref.cfg file

- Various package compatibility and bug fixes.
