On Wed, 2 Feb 2011 Grzegorz Murzynowski submitted an update to the

   gmutils

package.

Summary description: basic package of other gm* packages; provides \DeclareCommand; this is a major development of the latter

This package provides many macros used by me, also copied
from other packages such as relsize. some are low-level,
such as \@ifnextcat, \@ifnextif, probably the main is
\DeclareCommand to define command with weird optional
arguments. This update provides major development of
\DeclareCommand, as announced at BachoTeX 2010. May lack
compatibility with previous version to some degree.
