\urlpkgfoot{PKG-ID} abbreviates \urlfoot{CtanPkgRef}{PKD-ID}
that is needed frequently.
Package option [blog] suppresses document definitions.
blog.sty is updated accordingly and at the occasion.
README points to morehype.tds.zip.
