The new macro \collectboxto supports the storage of a following brace group in a 
box register.

The new macro \collectboxcheckenv{<name>} allows to check if the defined macro 
is used as environment (by \begin{<name>}) and adjusts the included \collectbox 
or \collectboxto etc. to support this usage.
