CTAN Update: devanagari

On Sun, 24 Jul 2011 Zdenek Wagner submitted an update to the

  devanagari

package.

The purpose of this release is to remove the map files that were moved to 
xetex-devanagari. Their placement in the xetex specific package is more logical. 
Maintainers of TeX distributions should preferably update both packages at the 
same time and be sure that xetex-devanagari is automatically installed if 
velthuyis was installed previously, otherwise users will miss the map files.
