One more version before TeX Live 2011 release will probably follow. Changes since the previous version:
- support for loading multiple pattern & exception files in LuaTeX (low level change)

- load patterns for Latin and Cyrillic scripts for Serbian simultaneously
- Coptic patterns for 8-bit engines are now included in hyph-utf8
- new version of German hyphenation patterns
- support both U+0027 and U+2019 as apostrophe in Unicode engines
