CTAN package rebundling: musixtex-fonts

while i was away rendering my mother (slightly) more happy, the daemon
crept out and said:

thanks for the upload; i've installed the new package, and made an entry
in the catalogue repository.  i have also moved the (now obsolete)
musixtex fonts to the ctan obsolete/ tree.
