fixmetodonotes is a LaTeX package to highlight and manage FIXME and TODO 
annotations.

It offers commands like \FIXME, \TODO and \CITE. It is also possible to create 
new annotation commands (for example \CHECK). The list of pending notes, 
together with links to their pages, can be show using the command \listofnote.
