Bug fixed 
- No more undesirable hanging symbols.
- In // columns, when text are stanza, no more shifted column separator.
New features
- \numberlinefalse to disable line numbering.
- \numbering{pstart} to reset line numbering every pstart.
- \sidepstartnumtrue to print pstart number in side. To modify style of pstart, redefine \thepstart, \thepstartL and \thepstartR commands.
