Corrects bug when people use xelatex with polyglossia to typeset text in Right 
to Left, like in arabic.

The tests made during the development of this version confirm that the package 
ledarab is to be left.

restore the possibility to have commands in \footnote in numbered section !
fix some spurious space
the package eledmac can be loaded with an option "noquotation". This disable the redefinition of quotation inside numbered section. In some cases, it can be useful.
