Summary description: Manage footnote marks’ interaction with punctuation

Version 0.4:

 - fix wrong insertion of `before-footnote-space' when
   biblatex's \autocite is adapted

 - fnpct now works correctly when babel's French is used

 - \footref is adapted
 
 - new: \AdaptNoteNoOpt, \AdaptNoteNoOptNoMult


Version 0.4a: fixes two bugs introduced in v0.4
