Summary of changes in version 1.3.0 (2013-12-30):

 Classes and styles:

  + Improve compatibility with GOST 7.0.11-2011.

  + Add support for "patent" entry in BibTeX style gost705.

  - Stop using "wrapfig" package by default.

  * Miscellaneous small fixes.

 Templates:

  + Add examples of changing the standard titles directly from the document.

  + Add examples for "patent" bibliography entry.

  + Add templates for list of symbols and dictionary.

  * Miscellaneous small fixes.
