Changes in version 2.12 (2013/01/15):
 - new optional argument to the biblist environment to support key-value pairs 
   that govern formatting;
 - new webpage entry type, designed for references to online resources;
 - new warning to notify author that the order of items is incompatible with the 
   labels assigned by amsrefs, resulting in duplicate biblabels.
