The nameref package redefines \label to have five arguments instead of two, 
therefore \newlabel{LastPage}{{}{\thepage}{}{}{}} instead of 
\newlabel{LastPage}{{}{\thepage}} must be used. (Incompatibility reported at 
http://tex.stackexchange.com/q/95541/6865, thanks to Michał Herman!) The 
lastpage package is now compatible with the nameref package.
