 - Fix bug in font selection for example blocks
 - Correctly handle xkeyval package
 - Some fixes for subsubsection handling
 - Only add non-zero section numbers to TOC
 - Use sansmathaccent if available
 - New "141" aspect ratio (1.41:1)
 - Allow for custom font weights
 - Use string-based test for selecting lectures
   to allow \jobname-based tests
