The censor package has been upgraded to V3.10.  With this release, the \blackout 
command will now work across paragraph boundaries.  Additionally, \xblackout has 
been introduced, to provide blacking for interword spaces and periods, which is 
not supported by the basic \blackout command.  Users have the option of which 
form to use.
