- update German patterns (by Werner Lemberg), version 2013-05-26
- add LPPL licence statement to Thai patterns
- remove Georgian patterns (temporary; waiting for licence)
- update luatex-hyphen.dtx and derivate files to make hyph-utf8 compliant with latest Lua(TeX)
- remove hyphen.cfg; Babel now provides a working version
- minor documentation updates
