This is a functional but incomplete version of the XML mastering system I 
referred to in my presentation at TUG 2012 in Boston, and which is explained in 
more detail in my presentation at Balisage (Montreal, 2013), "Markup to generate 
markup to generate markup" at http://balisage.net/2013/Program.html (uploaded at 
the suggestion of one of the reviewers).
