- allow `0' as value in electron distribution => this enables to
  draw excited states

- new commands \elconf and \writeelconf that write the electron
  configuration of an atom

- \elementsymbol now prints symbols according to option
  `atom-style'

- new commands \setatomname, \setatomsymbol,
  \setelectrondistribution that allow the user to change the
  default definitions
