Summary description: The Perl script (also available as a
    windows executable) processes a LaTeX file, indenting parts
    so as to highlight the structure for the reader.

 Changed Bin to RealBin so that I hope the script can get
 bundled into TeXLive 2013. Some other updates, too, detailed in
 the documentation.
