 Version 3.28:

  - Fix incorrect TOC hyperlinks with some viewers

  - Fix behaviour of itemize at top of slide with 
    "t" alignment

  - Fix enumeration of subsubsections

  - Remove some hard-coding of fonts

  - Remove some odd spaces in captions

  - Tidy up use of \centering

  - Correct typo in French translation data
