 exsheets:
 - require `translations' like any other package
 - added `exsheets-listings' package
   This is an attempt to provide functionality that enables to
   use verbatim code as questtion/answer, uses the listings
   package.
 - added Norwegian translations
 - changed horizontal spaces declared as `1ex' into `.3333em' in
   the declarations of the headings instances

 cntformats:
 - use my `cnltx-base' package for the programming tools it
   provides; this allows to get rid of the artefacts in the
   expanded patterns
