Version 1.0.0 is the first full, stable release of Contra Card.

In this release:

 - Added support for indices
 - Fix phrase separator issues
 - Start using [Semantic Versioning](http://semver.org/)
 - Improved indentation and line spacing
 - Much better typography in general
 - Add ability to show the count before or after each move
 - Nicely formatted notes
 - Lots of new macros, move shortcuts, counters, etc.
