CTAN Update: eledmac and eledpar

Maïeul Rouquette submitted an update to the

                    eledmac and eledpar

packages.

Summary description: New tools and debug

 This release fixes some issues and adds new tools.
 User are asked to read the Appendix A.3.

 The changes are:

 - for both eledmac and eledpar:

   - Compatibility with musixtex

   - New options to ragg paragraphed notes

   - When imakeidx is loaded, use correct default index

   - two new commands : \ledinnernote and \ledouternote

   - two new settings \afterXrule and \afteruleX

   - possibility to insert text before \pstart begining / after
     \pend end. Functions also in parallelism

   - possibility to add contents between verses. \falseverse is deprecated.

   - \beforenotesX, \maxhnotesX, \beforeXnotes, \maxhXnotes is debuged.

   - New system of sectioning command. \ledsection is now
     deprecated, use \eledsection instead (read the handbook)

 - For eledpar only:

   - Possibility to set spaces before/after column separator

   - Possibility to choose columns position : Left / Center / Right

   - correct left/right language setting with polyglossia
