Version 2.0R of latexindent.pl adds a number of new features, including:
- indentation after \item commands
- alignment of delimitered environments in commands, such as \matrix
- indentation of \if...\else...\fi statements
- maximum number of backups can cycle through backups
- better support for .cls and .sty files
- and a few other bug fixes
