 v2.5.2

  - Now btex ... etex input from external *.mp files will also
    be processed by luamplib. However, verbatimtex ... etex will
    be entirely ignored in this case. Introduced at v2.5 but not
    announced for a technical issue.

 - For the new functionality above, luamplib inspects each and
   every .mp input files and make caches if necessary. As this
   will sometimes waste time resources uselessly, new macros
   \mplibmakenocache{...} and \mplibcancelnocache{...} are
   provided, so that users can instruct those input files that
   do not need this routine.

 - Added a hack to support graph.mp (in fact, format.mp)

 - [fix] luamplib now respects percent sign when it is enclosed
   by quotes, as it is not a comment sign but a string token.
