 - Add sqrt keyowrd  to l3fp
 - Rename l3fp keywords round0, round-, round+ to trunc, floor,
   ceil, respectively and deprecate older names
 - Fix bug in 'native' graphics drivers when using (x)dvipdfmx
 - Fix bug in l3coffin calculation of pole intersections
 - Ensure .def files needed by l3str are part of CTAN snapshot
